Rinker’s flagship model in 2017, the 370 EX is a value-priced express whose crisp styling, spacious interior and attractive price should make her a popular choice for budget-minded boaters. Like all previous Rinkers, the standard equipment list in the 370 EX is extensive and options are few. The roomy cockpit features a U-shaped settee that easily converts into a giant sun pad. A refreshment center/wet bar is standard to port, and the lounger opposite the double helm seat is ideal for catching a few rays. A walk-thru windshield and molded steps next to the helm provides easy access to the foredeck. The aft-facing bench seat overlooking the swim platform is a nice touch. Below, the open-plan interior of the 370 EX has as much headroom (6'11") as most 40-footers. The portside galley features a large refrigerator, two-burner stove, microwave, and solid surface counter tops. Opposite the galley is a convertible sofa with dinette table. A queen island berth with privacy curtain is forward and the aft cabin has a U-shaped settee that also converts into a double berth. Built on a solid fiberglass hull, twin 380hp MerCruiser sterndrives cruise at 26–28 knots (low 40s top).
