35 Command Bridge
Length w/ Pulpit:
A stretched version of popular Albin 32+2 (19892003), the large cockpit and roomy interior of the Albin 35 Command Bridgecombined with her efficient single-diesel propulsionoffers something different in the world of sportfishing boats. Like her predecessor, the 35 Command Bridge is an unusual looking boat with a low-profile bridge deck barely chest-high above the cockpit. The upside of this design is easy helm access, especially important for single-handling (no more ladder to climb up and down as required on a typical flybridge boat). Another plus is the wide side decks, a safety feature seldom found on modern boats. Two single-level floorplans were offered in the 35 CBthe more popular single-stateroom plan has a queen berth forward and a stall shower in the head, while a so-called tri-cabin layout has V-berths forward and a guest stateroom with over/under single berths. The teak and holly cabin sole is a nice touch. Cockpit features include two in-deck fish boxes, transom livewell, wet bar with sink, and transom door. A full-length keep protects the running gear. Cruise at 16 knots (low 20s top) with a single 370hp Yanmar diesel.
