The Century 3200 Walkaround is a rugged, well-conceived express that many industry pros consider a lot of boat for the money. Built on an aggressive deep-V hull with generous beam and an integrated transom, the 3100/3200 is a versatile boat. As a fisherman, she offers a roomy, uncluttered cockpit with two in-deck (macerated) fish boxes, transom sink with cutting board and washdowns, ice chest, and transom door. The rear seat conceals a very large aerated livewell. Cockpit jump seats are standard, and a lockable electronics cabinet is built into the helm console. The side decks, while not broad, are wide enough to get around easily. Note the nifty lift-out tackle box, port/starboard fuel fills, and bow seating. Below deck, the Century’s roomy interior boasts a well-appointed galley with stove, refrigerator, and microwave, a convertible V-berth/dinette forward, enclosed head with shower, and adult-size mid-berth aft. Four opening ports and two deck hatches provide plenty of ventilation. A diesel generator was optional. Twin 250hp Yamaha outboards top out at close to 40 knots.
