Summer tournament season is in full swing, and billfish are being caught across the globe by various crews. The warm summertime weather has arrived, and the bite is heating up. There's no doubt interest in sportfishing has increased, and the excitement is contagious. HMY has seen a recent surge in customer interest in the Viking market, and this is no surprise as Viking continues to dominate the sportfish market.

Viking Announces the Next Demonstrator
Viking Yachts recently shared some imagery and news on their new Viking demonstrator boat. This demo 80’ hull will be the stunning Nardo Grey and will be seen at the upcoming summer tournaments. The demo recently received her Palm Beach Towers tuna tower and will be competing in June at the Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament.
After the Big Rock, the demo will be fishing five tournaments in Bermuda in the month of July including the Bermuda Triple Crown. This will be the first Viking Demo to compete in Bermuda. Captain Sean Dooley and the team will conclude the summer tournament season with the following tournaments:
- White Marlin Open
- Pirate’s Cove Billfish Tournament
- The MidAtlantic
