A Special Boat Show Message From Steve Moynihan
The 2023 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show is fast approaching and the entire team at HMY Yacht Sales has been busing preparing for what we fondly refer to as "our Superbowl". Steve Moynihan, founder of HMY, takes a moment to share a special boat show message with us about what attendees can expect to see from our new manufacturers and brokerage display at this year's show.
Special Boat Show Message from Steve Moynihan:
If you're a boater you know the boat show season kicks off this month with the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. One of the most anticipated highlights of this year's show is the worldwide debut of the 90' Viking Convertible Open Bridge model. The boat on display will be hull #5. The previous four Viking 90s were Enclosed Bridge models.
Princess Yachts is debuting the all-new Y95, this boat will be making its North American debut at this show. At 95 feet this boat is the leader in its class.
Valhalla Boatworks will have its entire lineup on display and will be featuring the V55 for the first time at the Fort Lauderdale Show.
The Two Oceans 555 Power Cat will be on display for the first time at the Fort Lauderdale Show, the model on display is hull #002. It features a revolutionary off-the-grid package. While we're talking about Two Oceans Marine, let's talk about Eclipse. The factory has shipped us a partial mock-up of the 505 interior for the display here at the show.
To wrap up our new brands at this show we have Nimbus, which will have the W11 make its North American debut, additional Nimbus models will also be on display.
Our brokerage display features 30 late-model pedigree yachts from 30 to 154ft, six of these offerings are over 80 ft. There is something for everyone at the HMY Brokerage Display. HMY Yachts has been involved with the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show since our inception in 1979. The impact that this show has on our company, our community, and our industry is amazing!
