350 Walkaround
2005–11
The Intrepid 350 Walkaround is a retooled version of the company’s earlier 348 Walkaround (2002–04) with a slightly lengthened cockpit and new reverse transom with motor well and transom door. Despite her striking appearance, the 350 Walkaround is not a hardcore fishing boat. Instead, she’s a high-performance cruiser with comfortable cockpit seating and luxury-class amenities. Like most Intrepid models, the 350 rides on a single-stepped deep-V hull with cored hullsides. L-shaped lounge seating is located forward of the console, and a wraparound windshield protects the cockpit from wind and spray. An insulated fish box is aft, to port, in the cockpit along with a raw water washdown, inspection hatch, and transom door. A hullside dive door is a popular option. Below decks, the 350’s cozy, well-appointed cabin features convertible lounge seating forward, a small galley, and an enclosed head with shower. Note that Intrepids are semi-custom boats—with so many factory options to choose from, it’s difficult to find two of these boats that are exactly alike. Twin 300hp Mercury outboards deliver a top speed in excess of 40 knots.
