348 Walkaround

A sophisticated blend of quality and performance, the 348 Intrepid Walkaround is a multipurpose sport yacht with the sleek styling and luxury-class amenities of a custom boat. Like many Intrepid boats, she’s built on a fully cored stepped hull designed with speed in mind. Sold factory-direct and built to order, no two 348’s have been equipped in exactly the same fashion. While the cockpit is roomy enough for two anglers and their gear, the layout of the 348—including a large L-shaped lounge forward of the helm—is more slanted toward entertaining and cruising than hardcore fishing. Standard features include an integral bow pulpit, transom door, trim tabs, insulated in-deck fish boxes, cockpit bolsters, and raw-water washdown. Popular options included a bow thruster, 5 kW generator, windlass, increased fuel (316 gals.), and removable rear seat. The 348’s cozy interior with lounge seating forward, enclosed head/shower, and galley with microwave sleeps two. The forward berth lifts at the touch of a button to access a large storage area beneath. About 45 knots top with twin 250 Mercury outboards.
