2023 Princess Owners Holiday Recap
This year, a group of Princess Yacht Owners made their way to Harbour Island for the 2023 Princess Owners Spring Holiday in the Bahamas. Hosted at the beautiful Valentines Resort, owners and guests were able to stay comfortably in the heart of the island. Harbour Island is home to fresh conch and delicious local cuisine, allowing guests to taste something different each day. This lavish event hosted over 50 Princess Yachts of every size with owners, families, and their guests.
The Princess Owners Holiday grows year after year, inviting Princess owners from varying locations to come together and enjoy an exciting weekend. Princess Yachts and Princess Yachts America have curated an itinerary that has something for everyone to enjoy! From exploring each part of Harbour Island to relaxing on the beach, and even learning the art of charcuterie, this event was truly incredible.
Thursday
Starting off on Thursday, guests were able to check in throughout the day and explore local stops on their own before the dock party in the evening. Gift bags were delivered to each of the boats and owners to celebrate their arrivals. The weekend kicked off with a dock party that included cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and fresh conch salad made by the famous Marty!
Friday
On day 2, owners had breakfast delivered to their yachts. Then, they were able to choose how to spend their morning; they could either participate in a competitive pickleball tournament or learn how to curate an intricate charcuterie board.
The day continued after lunch with the “Knot so Grand” Prix, where participants decorated their golf carts and went on to collect poker cards from different locations across the island. Later that afternoon, teams performed skits as they passed the finish line.
Saturday
The owners made their way to the stunning pink sand beach on the East side of the island to enjoy a day full of activities and relaxation. This event had activities for everyone to participate in, including horseback riding along the shore, paddle boarding, SEABOBS, or just savoring a cocktail on floats in the crystal-clear waters.
Towards the end of the beach day, everyone came together for the annual egg toss. This event is something to look forward to every year, as it gets competitive in hopes for victory!
Sunday
As the last day of this holiday came around, owners were able to choose how they wanted to spend the day. Options for exploring could include feeding the pigs, swimming with turtles, fishing, island hopping, relaxing on the beach, and more. The day ended with dinner provided for each boat, a closing ceremony, and awards from the events throughout the weekend.
