310 Tarpon

1999–2007

Stamas 310 Tarpon
A large fishing cockpit, excellent range, and solid construction characterize the Stamas 310 Tarpon, an offshore center console with a reputation for strength and value. She rides on a solid fiberglass hull with an integrated transom and wide 11'2" beam. Like all Stamas products, the 310 is a rugged boat with an impressive array of features. All the necessities for serious fishing are here-—two livewells, three fish boxes (two forward, one aft), under-gunnel rod storage, and six rod holders. The leaning post incorporates a rigging station with freshwater sink and oval livewell, and the bench seat at the transom can be removed to free up additional cockpit space. The 310’s huge console contains a very roomy head compartment—entered through a companionway next to the helm—with marine toilet and over six feet of headroom. Wide walkways make getting around easy, and U-shaped forward seating and a doublewide console seat make the Stamas an excellent family boat. A bow pulpit, tilt helm, recessed trim tabs, and transom shower were standard. Note the large 400-gallon fuel capacity. Twin 250hp Yamahas top out close to 40 knots. Twin 240hp Yamaha diesels cruise at 26 knots.
