50 Classico

The Ocean Alexander 50 Classico is a handsome pilothouse trawler with single-screw power and a get-home prop drive system. Her two stateroom, two head configuration makes it very comfortable for owner and guests. She can sleep four comfortably with a centered queen in the master stateroom and facing single bunks in the forward guest stateroom. Accommodations for up to three more guests can be found in the watch berth and settee in the pilothouse and on the L-shaped sofa in the salon. In the roomy pilothouse, a Stidd helm chair is mounted in the center of the space and faces a well-equipped helm. A large bench settee with wide teak table is just forward of a watch berth in the aft section of the space. Two sliding wing doors provide adequate access for navigation, anchoring and line handling operations. Boarding into the cockpit can be done through the starboard gunwale door or via the swim platform and through the transom door. The cockpit provides access to narrow walkways with stainless steel grab bars both port and starboard. The Classico's single 300hp John Deere direct-drive engine will cruise at 8 knots with a top speed of 11 knots.
