The Nordhavn 64 is a powerful long range trawler at home in stormy mid-ocean weather or plying coastal waters closer to home. Tested over many thousands of miles, the 64’s large interior is made possible by her mega-wide 20'4" beam as well as a high bow and tall freeboard. Entering from the cockpit, the asymmetrical salon configuration permits a single side deck on the starboard side. There are two seating areas featuring settees and tables as well as a large lounge chair. The U-shaped galley is forward of the salon, to port. Below, the spacious full-beam owner’s stateroom with king bed and desk is amidships, and the two guest staterooms are forward, one with a double bed and one with twins. The Nordhavn 64's commercial-like pilothouse—with its settee and table, pilot berth, and port/starboard deck doors—provides excellent 360-degree visibility. Topside, the flybridge is equipped with a U-shaped settee as well as a Stidd chair. A dry exhaust eliminates the need for a large through-hull. The Nordhavn 64 has a high cruise speed of 10 knots with a single 425hp John Deere diesel. At this speed, she has a range of 1600 nautical miles.
