The Ferretti 530 is an example of why Ferretti stood at the pinnacle of the European motor yacht market a few years back. With her sleek Italian styling, posh amenities, and high-tech construction, the 530 made good on the Ferretti promise of luxury in the fast lane. The accommodations are a convincing display of Italian workmanship and designer furnishings. The salon is highlighted by a U-shaped leather sofa, rich cherry cabinets, and a full entertainment center. Forward of the salon, to starboard, is a raised dinette as well as a staircase to the flybridge. There are three staterooms and two heads below. The master stateroom boasts a queen island berth with mirrored headboard and flat-screen TV, while both guest cabins are fitted with twin berths and a TV. Off the sunken galley is an access door to the crew cabin, which has its own separate bathroom. The Ferretti’s roomy cockpit features a teak sole, split bench seat, engine room hatch, and stairs leading to the flybridge. A PWC can be stored inside the extended swim platform. At just 53,000 pounds, the 530 is a relatively light boat for her size. Cat 660hp diesels cruise in the mid 20s and reach a top speed of 30 knots.
