The Century 3000 was considered a big center console when she was introduced back in 1994. Indeed, this was Centurys first big center console (big by the standards of the early 1990, that is) in an era well before modern 4-stroke, high-horsepower outboards pushed the big-boat concept up towards 40 feet. Built on a relatively lightweight hull with moderate beam, the layout provides plenty of fishing space for four anglers. Watch out for the step up to the bow, however, as its a possible safety hazard for anyone not paying attention. Standard features include U-shaped bow seating with storage under, integrated dive platform with ladder, 32-gallon transom livewell, bow pulpit, transom sink with cutting board, in-deck fish boxes (2), cockpit bolsters, front console seat, cockpit lights, gunnel rod holders, trim tabs, leaning post with backrest, fresh/raw-water washdowns and a transom shower. Note that the walk-in console with marine head includes a sleeping berth. A fairly unimpressive boat compared with competitive center consoles of her era, twin Yamaha 250s reach close to 40 knots wide open.
