440 Aft Cabin

1993–95

Carver Yachts 440 Aft Cabin
Largest boat in the Carver fleet when she was introduced in 1993, the Carver 440 Aft Cabin is an enduring blend of 1990’s motoryacht styling and luxury. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with a generous 15-foot beam, the 440 Aft Cabin is a big boat on the inside. Boasting an unusually spacious salon, two double staterooms, two heads—both with separate stall showers—and a convertible U-shaped dinette, the 440 can sleep up to eight adults. A lower helm was a popular option, and large wraparound salon windows admit tons of natural lighting. The galley, two steps down from the salon, includes a double sink and full-size refrigerator/freezer. Aft of the salon, the master stateroom features a walkaround queen berth, hanging locker, and private en suite head. Forward, the guest stateroom has an angled double berth, hanging locker, and private access to the second day head. The 440’s semi-enclosed aft deck has a full wet bar with refrigerator and ice maker. A salon entertainment center, foredeck sun lounge, aft deck wing doors, and radar arch were standard. Cummins 330hp diesels cruise at 18–20 knots. The Carver 445 is the same boat with an integrated swim platform.
