Gregory Hunt’s passion for boating began at a very young age growing up on the coast of N.E. and South Florida. As a USCG 500 Ton Captain, he has traveled and fished up and down the Atlantic Coast U.S.A, extensively throughout the Bahamas and the Pacific Coast from Panama to Alaska. For over 20 years, he has dedicated himself to the maritime industry as a captain and engineer on variety of vessels ranging from a 50’ Viking, to build Captain of an 82’ Viking and a 130’ Westport. Gregory has developed long lasting relationships with Owners, yacht builders, shipyards and many purveyors through his honest and knowledgeable approach to yachting and continues to advance his knowledge in the ever-changing marine industry. He has taken this unique opportunity at HMY to translate his skills into a natural transition as a yacht broker. He has developed a keen eye for detail that helps him to identify the pros and cons in each vessel to better serve his clients.
