Since joining HMY in 1999, Tim Gredick has repeatedly ranked among the company’s top-tier sales professionals. He was named HMY’s Top Broker in 2024, an achievement that comes from his many years of industry experience and exceptional customer service. Tim grew up fishing the waters of the North Atlantic, and after earning a BS in Business Administration from Roanoke College, he moved to Charleston, South Carolina to launch his career in yacht sales. Tim and his wife Danielle, a South Carolina native, have proudly built a home and family together along the Palmetto State’s vibrant coast.

 

While Tim has offered decades of service to boaters in South Carolina and other popular ports, he also tirelessly works to strengthen and grow the sport fishing industry. A passionate fisherman himself, Tim is an active member of the South Carolina Governor’s Cup Billfishing Series’ Advisory Board of Directors. Through this role, Tim has not only been able to represent the interests of HMY’s steadfast clients, but he’s also offered critical guidance on industry-leading marketing strategies and supported the Series’ important billfish conservation efforts.

 

In 2023, Tim founded the HMY Lowcountry Cup, a billfishing tournament hosted at Toler’s Cove Marina in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. After drawing participants from up and down the Eastern seaboard, the event was named an official leg in the South Carolina Governor’s Cup Billfishing Series in 2024. Prominent HMY clients and partners, including the Viking Demo Program, compete against other top performing tournament teams to clinch the coveted cup title each year.

Noted as having used the Viking Demo Program perfectly by Viking Yacht Group’s Pat Healey, Tim routinely fishes with the brand’s renowned demo team, often bringing his clients along to get that world-class experience firsthand.
