Bobby Randolph

Born and raised on the Intracoastal waterways of Stuart, Florida—known as the "Sailfish Capital of the World"—this broker has been boating his entire life. By the age of 16, he was managing and living aboard a 50’ motor yacht. Recognizing his passion for the water as a career path, he worked tirelessly to establish his own charter fishing business. At 24, he purchased his first charter sportfishing boat, The Tidewater, gaining valuable hands-on experience in yacht management, maintenance, and business operations.

Over the years, he was recruited into the upper echelons of sportfishing, captaining both custom and production boats and competing in some of the world’s top sportfishing tournaments. His role extended beyond running the crew and maintaining meticulous service records to overseeing yacht builds. Acting as a conduit between owners and builders, he ensured every detail met the highest standards. Most recently, he has overseen the construction of a 70’ and a 67’ custom sportfish, marveling at the intricate craftsmanship involved in every aspect of the process.

His career has also included numerous multi-million-dollar yacht sales and purchases. From the buyer’s perspective, he knows how to identify value and avoid potential pitfalls. From the seller’s perspective, he understands how to enhance a yacht’s appeal and marketability. His lifetime of experience, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to integrity make him an invaluable resource for clients seeking to navigate the yachting world.

Bobby is a proud father of two daughters and happily married to his wife, Janis. In their free time, the family spends as much time as possible on the water, passing along his deep love for the ocean and boating to the next generation.
