Welcome aboard “Knottin’ Matters” a great example of a 1998 55’ Sea Ray Sedan Bridge. This model was manufactured by Sea Ray from 1992-1998 and was popular due to its roominess and versatility. The goal was to check all the boxes and make a sort of crossover between a flybridge cruiser and a sportfish.  She rides on a modified V hull design offering you good speed and ride performance but also giving you trawler like efficiency at 6-7 Knots. An iconic American brand for decades, Sea Ray was founded by Cornelius “Connie” Ray in 1959. Beginning with the production of fiberglass runabouts in Oxford, MI, Sea Ray’s steady growth during the1960s and 1970s is attributed to the powerful dealer network Ray established.
