Portofino 53

A luxurious sportyacht, the Portofino 53 incorporates the dramatic styling and spirited performance buyers have come to expect in a Sunseeker product. For those able to afford the price, the 53 Portofino opened the door to luxury on a grand scale. With not one, but two twin-berth guest cabins as well as a spacious main salon and good-sized galley, the beaujpgul high-gloss cherry interior of the Portofino is perfect for casual entertaining and weekend getaways. Each cabin has a flat-screen TV as standard and both head compartments are fitted with separate shower stalls. The cockpit includes a slick foldaway table, a large U-shaped lounge and sunbathing area, and double helm and companion seats forward. The rear sun pad lifts at the push of a button to reveal a tender and storage garage, and a ladder from a hatch under the cockpit table provides access to a fairly compact engine compartment. Additional features include a cockpit wet bar, radar arch, foredeck sun pad, anchor windlass, and teak bathing platform. Built on a deep-V hull with prop pockets, 715hp Cat (or Volvo) diesels cruise the Sunseeker 53 at 27–28 knots (30+ top).
