39 Convertible
The Hatteras 39 Convertible is an updated version of the company’s popular 38 Convertible (1988–93) with a restyled deckhouse and flybridge and slightly revised interior. Notably, this is the last under 40-foot convertible Hatteras built. She rides on a low-deadrise hull with cored hullsides, moderate beam, and a deep 4'8" keel. The salon is bright and open with light oak woodwork, leather upholstery, dry bar with bottle storage, and ice maker. The galley is down, overlooked by a breakfast bar with two stools. There are two staterooms below including a guest stateroom designed to also function as a day lounge. The master stateroom is forward and features queen berth, cedar-lined hanging lockers, and private head access. The head compartment is to port side with mirrored vanity and separate shower stall. The 100-square-foot cockpit of the Hatteras 39 came standard with a transom door and gate, molded tackle center with sink, and in-deck fish/storage box. Additional features include a factory entertainment system, bow pulpit with roller, swim platform, and roomy flybridge with centerline helm position. Detroit 485hp 6-71 Detroit diesels cruise at 24–25 knots (high 20s top).
