Yet another elegant Azimut design, the 55 Flybridge is a sleek mid range motor yacht with a well-portioned flybridge atop an ultramodern sport boat profile. It’s an extremely well finished yacht (although still short of the lofty heights of Princess) with an interior that might easily be described as stunning. The stylish salon—raised above the cockpit level—is the focal point of this yacht thanks to a daring mix of dark and light hardwoods, bold fabrics and an abundance of natural lighting. There are three staterooms below (full-beam owner’s with en suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, forward VIP, and twin amidships) and two full heads, plus crew quarters at the stern. The galley-aft configuration lets owners and guests choose between dining outside in the cockpit or going inside to the lounges in the salon. On the foredeck is a three-person sun pad, and in the spacious cockpit is a large dining table and lounge that connects to the salon via a full-beam door. Above, the flybridge features a table, sofa, and refrigerator. The entire cockpit is sheltered by the flybridge roof. MAN 800hp V-drive engines cruise at 25–26 knots (about 30 knots top).
