New Princess Yachts Models Debuting at PBIBS

This year, at the Palm Beach International Boat Show, Princess Yachts will be debuting the X80, S72, and F65 models. The X80 will be making its United States debut, and the S72 and F65 will be making their North American debuts. Each of these models have their own unique styles and designs. Take a look at what these three models have to offer.   

X80 

A 24-Meter Yacht Developed to Offer a Unique Boating Lifestyle

Overview 

Second in the shipyard's X Class Superfly range, the Princess X80 is a luxurious and spacious motor yacht designed to provide the ultimate cruising experience. This yacht measures 80 feet in length with a beam of 19 feet 6 inches, providing ample space for guests and crew. It boasts a sleek, modern exterior design with clean lines and large windows, offering stunning views of the surrounding seascape. The X80 is equipped with advanced technology, including a state-of-the-art navigation system, digital switching, and a touchscreen helm console. 

Layout 

The interior of the Princess X80 is designed to be both luxurious and functional. It features high-quality materials and finishes, including leather upholstery, marble countertops, and hardwood flooring. The yacht can accommodate up to eight guests in four cabins, each with its own ensuite bathroom. 

The main deck of the Princess X80 includes a large saloon with a comfortable seating area and an open-plan galley with state-of-the-art appliances. The lower deck houses the four guest cabins, including a full-beam master suite with a king-size bed and panoramic views. The yacht also includes separate crew quarters with a crew mess, two cabins, and a bathroom. 

Outside, the Princess X80 has a spacious flybridge with a bar and seating area, perfect for entertaining guests. The yacht also features a hydraulic bathing platform and a garage for water toys, allowing guests to enjoy a range of water activities.

The Princess X80 is powered by twin MAN V12 engines and features advanced technology, including a touchscreen helm console, digital switching, and a state-of-the-art navigation system.

S72 

The second-generation S72 takes performance and handling to the next level. 

Overview 

The latest addition to Princess Yacht’s exciting S Class family, the S72 represents the epitome of British craftsmanship. Designed by the Princess Design Studio with naval architects Olesinski and Italian design house Pininfarina, the S72 has a sleek and modern design with sweeping lines and a streamlined silhouette. Its exterior is characterized by a large cockpit with a dining area and sunpad, a foredeck with a seating area and sunpad, and a flybridge with a helm station, wet bar, and additional seating and sunpad. 

Layout 

The interior of the S72 is spacious, luxurious, and designed with the utmost attention to detail. The salon is located aft and features large windows that provide ample natural light and panoramic views of the surrounding water. Forward of the salon is the dining area, which is furnished with a large dining table and seating for up to eight guests. The dining area is separated from the salon by a stylish glass bulkhead that adds to the yacht's contemporary and elegant ambiance. 

The Princess S72 has four cabins including a full-beam master suite, a VIP cabin, and two twin cabins. The master suite is located amidships and features a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower and his-and-her vanity. The VIP cabin is located forward and has a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The two twin cabins are located to port and starboard and feature twin beds, a wardrobe, and ensuite bathrooms with showers. 

The stern houses a generous garage with electro-hydraulic door and integrated launch system that accommodates a tender creating the perfect platform for water sports.  

Performance 

Equipped with twin MAN V12 engines at 1650 or 1800 horsepower and a resin-infused deep-V hull, the S72 delivers exceptional performance and smooth handling.

F65 

Replacing the Princess F62, the F65 is updated and improved in every area.

 

Overview 

As the flagship of the builder’s F Class series, the Princess F65 is a luxurious and modern motor yacht that offers a combination of style, performance, and comfort. The exterior of the Princess F65 features a sleek and contemporary design, with a low-profile flybridge and a deep-V hull. With her flowing lines and extended hull windows, the F65 is available in a range of colors and finishes to suit the owner's preferences. 

Layout 

The enormous flybridge of the F65 features three social areas to starboard, starting with a large sunpad aft, an angular C-shaped sofa with a folding dining table and storage, plus a smaller sofa forward which converts to an additional sunbed. 

The interior is spacious and elegantly designed featuring high-quality materials and finishes throughout. The expansive main deck is segmented into an aft galley with dinette, saloon with large U-shaped sofa plus companion seating opposite the helmsman area which features a side access door to the deck.  

The lower deck accommodates eight guests in four sumptuous cabins including a full-beam, midships master with an ensuite bathroom which — combined with the walk-in wardrobe — occupies the space between the bedroom and engine room. An optional crew cabin with double berth and direct access via the transom platform is also available. The F65 also includes a hydraulic bathing platform and a garage for water toys, allowing guests to enjoy a range of water activities.

The Princess F65 is powered by twin Volvo Penta D13 engines. It also features advanced technology, including a state-of-the-art navigation system, digital switching, and a touchscreen helm console.
