The Viking Yachts 92 Convertible's reign as the king of luxury sportfishing yachts continues as build No. 20 moves down the production line in New Jersey. Viking has been building an average of four 92s annually since the model's launch.
The largest resin-infused sportfish of its kind, the six-stateroom world-traveler is designed and built to get you to the fish (in comfort and luxury) - even if you need to go halfway around the world. The infused construction process' great strength and weight savings play major roles in the yacht's industry-leading performance.
If you’re interested in building a brand new 92, Viking offers three different configurations. The open bridge convertible features Viking’s tournament-proven walk-around center console helm, an immense amount of storage, and seating for upwards of 20 guests.
The seating opportunities include lounges to port and starboard and banquet-style seating forward of the helm with a table. There's ample freezer and refrigerated storage throughout the flybridge as well as general storage.
Both the open and enclosed bridge models can be outfitted with a tuna tower from the Viking subsidiary Palm Beach Towers. Atlantic Marine Electronics (another in-house Viking company) provides custom navigation, communication and entertainment packages for all three models so owners can enjoy turnkey delivery.
The enclosed bridge is not only equipped with a state-of-the art forward control station with raised wraparound helm console, it also features a roomy second salon with an L-shaped lounge, walnut cocktail table and pop-up HD TV.
Viking’s sky bridge models are white hot right now as more and more people discover the great diversity of the design, which gives you the elevated visibility of an open bridge and the comfort and conveniences of an enclosed bridge.
Like the open bridges on all of Viking convertibles, the sky bridge boasts a fully-equipped console with space for a bank of electronics displays, flanking radio boxes and generous seating for guests.
A 92 Enclosed Bridge with Sky Bridge along with 17 other new Viking yachts models will be on display at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show October 30-November 3.
