Coming off the heels of the 2020 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, HMY is pleased to report the sale of seven new Viking yachts from 44’ to 92’ as a result of the show. “Like a lot of exhibitors, we went into the 2020 show not knowing what to expect but came out of it pleasantly surprised with our success.”, said HMY Yachts Director of Sales Tim Derrico. “All signs point to the industry thriving in this Covid economy”.
The award-winning new Viking 54’, which was well received at FLIBS, is now representing Team HMY during the winter tournament circuit. Captain Trey Claus will be at the helm of hull number one all season long putting the Viking 54’ Convertible’s incredible fishing capabilities to the test.
While 2020 produced unforeseen challenges to overcome, HMY has remained unwavering in our commitment to our customers’ yachting needs. Over the past several months we have delivered nine new Vikings from 44’ to 80’ with five yachts still to be delivered including the 75’ Motor Yacht and 92’ Skybridge. On the books for Valhalla Boatworks, we’ve delivered two boats with three still to be delivered including two of the new Valhalla V-46’s.
