2014: The Year in Review

Happy Holidays from all of us here at HMY Yachts. We wish you and your family a happy New Year! As the year comes to an end, we look back on what an exciting and successful year we have had. In 2014 we attended the Stuart Boat Show, Charleston Boat Show, the Yacht and Brokerage Show in Miami Beach, the Palm Beach International Boat Show, the inaugural Panama City Boat Show, the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show as well as many exciting fishing tournaments and manufacturers events. Another highlight of 2014 was becoming dealers for Cruisers Yachts. We are proud to represent this world-class brand. 2014 was a great year for new yachts as Princess introduced its S72, Viking introduced their largest yacht to date, the 92 Enclosed Bridge as well as their first motor yacht since 2001, the 75 Motor Yacht; Grand Banks proudly introduced the 50 Eastbay Flybridge, Cruisers introduced the new 390 Express Coupe and lastly but certainly not least, Arcadia premiered the Arcadia 85 at this years FLIBS. And here at HMY Yachts, we are proud to say we will be ending this year with close to 500 boats sold- a banner year at HMY Yachts that we hope to surpass in 2015! 2014 is a special year for us here at HMY Yachts as we celebrate 35 years of yachting excellence. Steve Moynihan, President and Owner of HMY Yachts, started the company out of a houseboat in Ft. Lauderdale in 1979. Today HMY Yachts has grown to over 45 sales representatives, a full service team that meets the needs of customers throughout all our locations, a luxury Charter Department as well as an esteemed team of sales representatives dedicated to our superyachts divisions, HMY SuperYachts. We would like to wholeheartedly thank all our clients, vendors and manufacturers for 35 years of loyalty and support- thank you! Have a happy and healthy New Year. We look forward to seeing you in 2015!
