Lazzara Walk Around 1994

This 1994 76′ Lazzara Yacht is ready for its new owner. Owner has completed upgrades in 2021 including new electronics, and new stabilizers. Generator Port/Starboard 5K each. Engine hours Port rebuilt 495 hours/Starboard 2900K. Interior upgrades include new ceiling and wall panels, updated flooring, salon seating reupholstered in modern neutrals, led lighting throughout, and new chrome fixtures.

Main Salon: The Main Salon is finished in Birds-Eye Maple and lacquered wood. On the port side there is a U-shaped seating area. Opposite on the starboard side there is three cushion Settee. 

Dinning: The Dining Area is forward of the Main Salon. The round dining table has 5 chairs. There is plenty of cabinet space for storing dinnerware, stemware and service items. The forward bulkhead is mirrored. Forward of the Dining Area is a doorway, located there is the Day Head.

Galley: The Galley is forward of the Dining Area. Featured are wing doors both starboard and port for easy access to the fore deck and sun-pad. 

Helm Station: All new electronics in Lower and Upper Helm stations.

Flybridge: The Open Flybridge is accessed either for the Galley or the aft deck. There is storage space under the helm. Three Pompanette helm chairs make captaining fun for all. Two Corian tables with cushion seating and three folding chairs offer ample seating for a large gathering.  You will find all the usual amenities of Ice maker, sink, BBQ and storage. A three-sided Lexan enclosure and hardtop ensures comfortable cruising. Double motorized davits are hidden in both starboard and port sidewalls. A 14′ Rendova Deluxe tender powered by a 50hp Yamaha engine.

Foyer, Amidship: The foyer area has a spiral staircase that ascends from the main salon. Located here is a washer/dryer set one of two that are found on board and a large hanging closet that is also home to the central vacuum.

Owner Suite: The Master Stateroom boasts a California king-size bed with new custom-made spread and coordinated fabrics in neutral colors. Complete new entertainment system. The Master Head offers his/her sinks accessorized with new chrome fixtures. Jacuzzi tub with twin shower heads. marble floor and private water closet.

VIP Stateroom, Port: The Starboard Guest Stateroom has a queen berth with ample storage and cedar line hanging locker as well as a complete entertainment system. The ensuite Head has a sink, toilet and shower stall. 

Guest Stateroom: The Starboard Guest Stateroom offers side -by-side berths with storage drawers beneath and cedar line hanging locker. New custom-made spread and coordinated fabrics in neutral colors. New Ceiling panels, new wall panels, new flooring and new LED lighting. Complete new entertainment system.

Captain’s Quarters, Forward: Additional quarters are located forward of the Galley. The forward stateroom has a double raised berth with ample storage beneath the bed. The ensuite Head has a sink, toilet and shower stall.

Crew Quarters, Forward Starboard: The Starboard Guest Stateroom can also be used as crew quarters. There are over/under berths. The ensuite Head has a sink, toilet and shower stall.

Crew Cabin, Port: This area has been customized as it offers an extra cabin. A raised double berth with storage drawers beneath. 

Electronics and Navigation: Replaced 2021 on all levels.

Aft Deck: The aft deck is yet another great entertaining area. The aft deck is carpeted, portside aft controls with bow thruster fold out table, side gates port and starboard, two rear lounges, lighting, storage and three folding chairs. Access to walk around engine room is located here. Two jet skis.
