Every now and then a true “Show Piece” of a yacht, shows up on the market.  Especially one that has everything, with nothing to apologize about and actually shows better than the pictures in the listing.    “EASY TO LOVE” is that yacht.                                            She was Sea Rays showboat built in 1995.  Sea Ray kept her for five years and sold her as brand new with full warranties in 2000.  Shes been in freshwater, under cover since purchased.

Entering the cockpit door.  You have an L-shaped settee         w/cover along with a new aft sun awning.  Below the cockpit deck a lazarette for storage.  Also, additional storage is available under the molded steps to the bridge. 

Next, the huge flybridge w/electronics and controls forward.  Additionally, a sink, refrigerator, ice maker, and actually 3 rows of comfortable seating with decorative pillows for a class act.  Also, new four-sided enclosure and covers for everything.

Entering the glass door to the salon, you will say wow!  A high-end black leather, L-shape sofa to starboard, black & gold colors.  Portside a swivel chair and entertainment center featuring a new 48in flatscreen tv.  Forward to starboard is the galley.  Featuring a breakfast bar w/2 bar stools with built-in appliances, sink, wine rack and much more.  To port is the dinette, very tastefully appointed with leather seating for four.  The salon has rich black and gold carpet w/2 separate A/C systems and an impressive lighting system overhead.  

Below and forward you have easy to love features with three comfortable staterooms.  Straight forward is the Master Stateroom w/centerline queen berth, a makeup counter, mirror, drawers, and chair.  There is a very large hanging locker w/drawer storage under the berth.  Aft in the master suite we have a private head with sink, vanity and mirror, with a fully enclosed standup shower with seat. 

VIP Stateroom is aft to starboard featuring a double berth with desk chair, tv and storage everywhere.

Entering the huge engine room from the aft salon deck, you will find it open with everything easily accessible and the engine room shows like brand new!  Diesels only have a little over 1,000 original hours and it is evident by living in fresh water all of her life.  Features include 12&24volt chargers, manual gauge package for both mains, spin-on filter upgrades, duel Racor fuel filters, and oil change system.  The 15KW generator is aft and, on the centerline and enclosed in a sound shield.
