The way that HMY sets up our admin team is they support the broker team in a way that allows all of the brokers to focus on their relationships where they don't have to worry about the contracts and all the paperwork. And there is no way that our brokers could do what they do without our administrative team. Your relationship with your broker's assistant needs to be very tight because she knows your strengths and weaknesses and she can help you stay organized on task and efficient during the whole deal. She has a background in real estate closings. Oh my gosh, she does everything. She's the best. It's a very important part of our process. So in short, the one thing I would say is we couldn't do this without you.
