The Vista 43 Motor Yacht stands apart from many other Taiwan imports of her era for her enduring good looks and after-market popularity. A heavily built yacht with a solid fiberglass hull, the Vista benefits greatly from a stylish profile (note the rakish windshield overhang) on the outside, and—thanks to her wide beam—roomy accommodations on the inside. Several two-stateroom floorplans were offered during her production run, and the Vista’s light oak interior woodwork and large cabin windows provide a bright and very open interior. Many of these yachts were equipped with a built-in washer/dryer unit in the master stateroom companionway. Wing doors enclose the large afterdeck, and the side decks are sufficiently wide for easy access to the bow. Additional features include engine room access from the aft cabin, a well-arranged flybridge with a wraparound helm console, radar arch, and a bow pulpit. Most Vista 43s were powered with twin 375hp Cat diesels for a cruising speed of 18 knots and a top speed of around 21–22 knots. Note that the Vista 46 Cockpit MY is the same boat with a cockpit extension.
