Tiara Yachts

3100 Open

2011–16

Third in a series of 3100 Open models produced by Tiara Yachts over the years, modern styling and a versatile layout make this top-tier cruiser among the most desirable boats in her class. Built by one of America’s most respected—and admired—boat builders, Tiara has long been a leader in the boating industry when it comes to innovative design and exceptional fit and finish. Built on a modified-V hull with a slightly reversed transom and greater beam than her predecessors, the 3100 Open is distinguished by her standard hardtop, tall windshield, and classic Tiara lines. The cockpit is 64 square feet and the bridge deck is about 55 square feet, and an aft-facing “mezzanine” seat on the raised bridge deck comes in handy for guests. On the port side of the bridge deck is an L-shaped settee large enough for three people. Below, the 3100 Open’s well-appointed cabin features an island berth forward, L-shaped settee to starboard (which can be made into a sleeper), and compact galley and small head/shower to port. Interior trim is teak, and the cabin sole is Amtico synthetic wood. Cummins QSB 330hp diesels (optional) cruise the Tiara 3100 at 28–30 knots (mid 30s top).
