The Sunseeker Camargue 50 was one of the more popular sport cruisers on the international market for several years thanks to her excellent build quality, aggressive styling, and luxurious cabin accommodations. Like any good Med-style cruiser, the focal point of the Camargue is her large cockpit with its wraparound lounge seating, full wet bar, and large aft sun pad. A transom garage beneath the sun pad is designed to store a hard-bottomed tender or two-person PWC, and a hatch in the teak cockpit sole provides access to the engine compartment. Below, the Camargue’s elegant two-stateroom interior is accented with high-gloss cherry cabinets, recessed lighting, and rich designer fabrics. The open salon offers generous seating, a folding dining table, entertainment center, and a well-equipped galley. Hardwood doors separate the fore and aft staterooms from the salon, and both staterooms are fitted with private ensuite heads with stall showers. A hardtop is a popular option. Twin 660hp inboard Cats—straight inboards, not V-drives—will cruise the Camargue in the mid 20s and reach a top speed of about 30 knots.
