Introduced in 2007, the Sea Hunt 290 Triton (called the 29 Gamefish in 200913) delivered the features serious anglers expect in a center console boatgood range, generous storage, loads of standard equipmentat a price well below most competitive models. The Sea Hunt is heavily built on a solid fiberglass hull, and her wide 9'8"" beam results in a roomy cockpit with plenty of fishing and entertaining space. Standard features include an integrated swim platform, 24-gallon transom livewell, molded bow seats with storage under, transom fish box, in-floor fish box with macerator, anchor locker, leaning post with flip-up seats and integrated 27-gallon livewell, walk-in console with electric head and opening port, bow cushion, numerous drink holders, folding rear bench seat, cockpit bolsters, gunnel rod holders, cockpit rod storage, raw-water washdown, recessed trim tabs, and transom door. Options included a factory T-top and anchor windlass. While the Sea Hunt 290 Triton is a lot of boat for the money, fit and finish is not one of her attributes. Twin Yamaha F250s reach a top speed of about 45 knots.
