The Sailfish 320 Center Console (called the 30-06 CC in 200608 and 3160 CC in 200912) is a top-tier center console with great lines and a lot of attention paid to creature comforts. Built on a lightweight hull with moderate beam, the tall bow height of the Sailfish gives her more freeboard than many center consoles her size. The uncluttered layout with forward seating boasts a roomy aft cockpit for fishing and wide walkways around the console. Aft of the console is an extra-wide leaning post for three people with flip up bolsters, 50-gallon livewell, bait prep center with fresh water faucet, and tackle storage drawers in the side. With plenty of room for fishing and seating for up to ten, this is a great family fishing machine. Standard features include a full fiberglass T-top, 30-gallon transom livewell, pop-up cleats, low-profile bow rail, transom door, aft in-deck fish box with macerator, in-deck forward storage, lockable rod lockers, cockpit bolsters, and removable bow table. The walk-in console compartment includes an electric toilet and rod storage. Note that the helm layout was updated in 2013 to handle larger electronics. Twin F250 Yamaha outboards reach a top speed of close to 45 knots.
