One of the most affordable boats in her class during her production years, the Rinker 310 Fiesta Vee (called the 312 Fiesta Vee in 200304; 320 Express in 200509) is a stylish family cruiser that might best be described as a lot of boat for the money. Rinker has a reputation for building solid, well-equipped boats at prices much lower than the competition, and the 320 will appealed to entry-level buyers suffering sticker-shock from their last visit to a Sea Ray dealer. Built on a beamy modified-V hull with relatively high freeboard, the Fiesta Vee is a notably spacious boat inside with excellent headroom and plenty of storage. The midcabin floorplan will sleep six, and while the decor is a little plain compared with some of her more upscale counterparts, the accommodations are arranged in a practical and very utilitarian manner. In the cockpit, a comfortable U-shaped settee is opposite the helm with a mini-galley and transom seating is aft. Additional features include a radar arch, transom door, swim platform, fender storage, and an electric engine access hatch. A good performer, twin 260hp 5.0-liter I/Os engines cruise the Fiesta Vee at 20 knots and reach a top speed of 35+ knots.
