The Regulator 32 FS (Forward Seating) is a heavily built offshore fisherman whose quality construction, soft ride, and aggressive good looks will find an appreciative audience among hardcore anglers. Unlike many high-performance center consoles her size, the Regulators wide beam results in more stability and cockpit space than many of her narrow-beam counterparts. Storage capacitywhich is copious for a boat this sizeincludes a 645-quart forward in-deck fishbox (which doubles as locking storage for eight rods), a 50-gallon transom livewell, and a 130-quart fishbox also in the transom. The standard helm seat with flip-up bolsters contains a livewell and bait rigging station. Offered with our without bow seating over the years, the forward seating layout ultimately became standard. The console contains a standup head with sink, shower, and opening port. With her generous 310-gallon fuel capacity, the 32 has the ability to range well offshore and stay awhile. The 32 rides a deep-V hull designed by Lou Codega, the naval architect who has designed all Regulator boats since the company was founded in 1988. Twin Yamaha 250s top out around 40 knots (45+ top with twin F350s).
