The Neptunus 60 Sedan (called the 58 Sedan from 1992–96) is a Canadian-built Euro cruiser whose attractive styling and upscale accommodations made her a popular model for Neptunus during her production years. Built primarily for the U.S. market on a semi-custom basis, the 60 Sedan rides on a solid fiberglass modified-V hull with an integral swim platform and relatively high freeboard. Neptunus completely redesigned the interior of this yacht in 1997 by eliminating the lower helm and enlarging both the salon and galley. The revised floorplan has three staterooms with the master suite forward, two full heads, and a spacious VIP cabin with a double berth. A large semicircular sofa dominates the salon, and the cockpit—shaded by a bridge overhang—has built-in bench seating and direct access to the well-arranged engine room. Additional features include an extended swim platform, a spacious flybridge with a centerline helm and lounge seating aft, wide side decks, and (beginning in 1997) cherry interior woodwork. A strong performer, 735-hp Detroit diesels cruise the Neptunus 60 Sedan in the low 20s and reach a top speed of 26–27 knots.
