Modern styling and an enormous widebody interior made the Hatteras 75 Cockpit Motor Yacht the top-selling yacht in her class for several years. In most respects, the 75 Cockpit is the same boat as the Hatteras 75 Sport Deck — instead of a cockpit, the Sport Yacht has a swim platform. The 75 was available with four or five staterooms. The layout includes a spacious salon, open galley with dinette, aft deck, cockpit and large flybridge with key bar and grill. A private entrance to the aft master stateroom (and engine room) features a king size bed and large private bath with Jacuzzi tub and shower. Forward of the master is the fifth guest stateroom with over/under twin berths and a private head. Midship is a VIP stateroom with walkaround queen bed, private bath with Jacuzzi/tub and shower. An additional VIP stateroom is located in the bow with walkaround queen berth and access to bath with shower. To port is a twin stateroom with over/under bunks and private head. A laundry center is located off the companionway. In the private wheelhouse is a three-person settee, port and starboard deck doors, and a stairway leading up to the flybridge. Cat 3412 1,400hp engines cruise at 20–22 knots.
