400 Super Sport Crossover

If luxury and performance are on the agenda, the Formula 400 SSC has what it takes to deliver the goods. The spacious layout of this open-bow sport boat allows for a range of activities offering flexibility to boaters who wish to invite large groups of friends for a day—or a week—on the water. As Boating magazine commented, this is a bowrider on steroids and Formula created the first-ever combination of sliding windshield and folding Lucite door to make access from the cockpit to the bow easy. The cockpit features a full hardtop with a retractable section that opens to allow sunlight to flood the helm area. The main entertaining space includes a U-shaped seating area and an outdoor galley along the port side. Below, an Ultraleather U-shaped lounge with table is forward in a roomy cabin that also features a mini-galley to starboard and an enclosed standup head to port. With the motors aft, there’s plenty of usable deck space abaft the transom and in front of the engines to launch watertoys. Optional quad 350hp Verados with joystick controls top out in the low to mid 50-knot range.
