SCHEDULE:
Thursday, June 16th
- 11 am – 1 pm – Welcome Reception
- 2 pm – 3 pm – Guest pick-up all gift bags and buckets (HMY will deliver to boats)
- 3 pm – “Your Boat Name” T-shirt contest (back design) Prize
- 4 pm – Check-in at Ocean Reef Inn, Welcome drinks (Lagoon Lemonade)
- 7:30 – 10:30 pm – Catered Nosh, Cocktails, DJ at Townhall Water Side (Attire is Ocean Reef Club Casual)
Friday, June 17th
- ALL DAY – “Your Catch” Fishing Challenge Contest – fish on your own/take a photo
- 9 am – 12 pm – Snorkel Trip (Meet at Fishing Village Marina) Must sign up ASAP
- 12 – 3 pm – Poolside hospitality area with lunch/snacks
- 3 pm – Meet at poolside to show fish photo – Prize event (find staff)
- 3 pm – Best decorated golf cart – Prize event (Lobby parking lot)
- 5 – 6 pm – Cocktail Competition – Prize event – Ocean Reef Island Paëlla – E Dock
- 8 – 10 pm – Stars & Stripes Buffet, Cocktails, DJ, Patriotic Theme Party at Palm Court
Saturday, June 18th
- ALL DAY – “Your Catch” Fishing Challenge Contest – fish on your own/take a photo
- 12 – 1 pm – Beach Bash Lunch and Cocktails on the beach (Lagoon Marlin)
- 1 – 3 pm – 6th Annual Build Your Own Boat Regatta Contest – Prize event
- 1 – 3 pm – Beach Olympics – three-legged race, sack race, & hula hoop contest – Prize events
- 4 pm – “Last Catch” show fish photo – Prize event
- 7 – 10 pm – Cocktail hour, farewell awards, celebration buffet dinner. Located at Craysfort Sailfish Room & Kitchen/Tarpon Room. Attire: Festive, Bring your dancing shoes!
Sunday, June 19th
- 8:30 – 9:30 am – Until next time – All American Buffet Breakfast. Located at Craysfort Kitchen/Tarpon Room/Patio
4-day wristbands will be issued for all scheduled functions and MUST be worn to participate.
