Thursday, December 1
- 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM –Tournament check-in and late registration
- 7:00 PM – Captain’s Meeting – Captains MUST attend! (Manatee Room)
- 7:30 PM – Pirate’s Welcome Reception – Cocktail Party and hors d’oeuvres
Friday, December 2
- 7:00 AM – Checkout begins, boats must checkout out with Committee Boat
- 8:00 AM – Lines in
- 3:00 PM – Lines out
- 4:30 PM – Deadline for boats to check-in with Committee Boat
- 5:30 PM – Deadline for boats to deliver tournament log
- 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM – Open Bar (Wristbands required)
Saturday, December 3
- 7:00 AM – Checkout begins, boats must checkout out with Committee Boat
- 8:00 AM – Lines in
- 3:00 PM – Lines out
- 4:30 PM – Deadline for boats to check-in with Committee Boat
