The Viking 48 Sport Coupe is one of four fresh new 48 models in the incomparable Viking Yachts fleet. The version of the Viking 48 offers a completely unique and exciting profile, featuring a three-sided fiberglass deckhouse that provides air conditioning and shelter from the weather. This yacht can be further personalized and fitted with a radar arch or fiberglass mast. Belowdecks, accommodations are inviting and they deliver the plush luxury you’ve come to expect from Viking Yachts. Ideally sized, two staterooms include a queen-size bed forward with private access to the head. A starboard stateroom offers upper and lower berths.
The cockpit of the Viking 48 Sport Coupe is a roomy 124 square-feet perfect for serious fishing and other water related activities. Stowage is plenty throughout including a transom fish box, drink and bait coolers, recessed fish and stowage wells. Space in the lazarette is provided for the available Seakeeper gyro stabilizer, which can be installed at the factory, or at a later date. Powered with MAN diesels the 48 Coupe will cruise at 30 knots with a top end in the mid 30 knot range depending upon engine selection, load, sea and other environmental factors. The raked entry and forward chine are designed to pierce through head seas and divert spray downward.
