If you're in the market for a yacht, then this is the one-minute update that you need. This is the HMY market report with Michelle and Jason. So Jason, can you tell us about buyer activity right now? What inventory are you seeing moving? So right now, the buyer market is very segmented. By far, the strongest part of the market is the high-end market with vessels over 80 feet and over $3.5 million. There's very limited inventory in that space right now with only 65 boats available in the United States. So when the right boat hits the market, it moves quickly. Okay, so Jason, what does this mean for buyers in the next coming weeks? Well, there's a lot going on in the next couple of weeks coming into boat show season. There's still a lot of inventory in the market, but it does get selective in the higher end, as I mentioned before. Specifically, there is stock opportunities with new boat inventory available now, but when you go to build your boat in the future, it seems like most of the demand is for people wanting to customize their boats in the future. So those build slots are booking up quick. What can we expect from HMY at the Miami Boat Show? Yes, at the HMY display, we are going to be featuring Viking Yachts. We're going to have in-stock opportunities on Viking. We're also going to have our MJM product, our Nimbus product, Eclipse, and we'll have three Princess on display as well. So earlier you touched on the sportfish market. Can you elaborate on that and tell us what we might expect to see? Yes, so coming out of FLIBS this year, we had record sales. We saw record sales in the sportfish category, specifically 50 to 60 foot class boats, more in the mid-range. All indicators for 2026 seem to be the same, and we will see continued success in the sportfish market in that size range. Alright, we know there's a lot going on in the sportfish world. Can you tell us about what's happening in the motoryacht segment? Yes, there's a lot of exciting things happening specifically with Princess. So for the very first time, I mentioned earlier that there would be three Princesses in the Miami Boat Show, but there are also going to be three Princesses at the Viking VIP coming up. And if you don't know what the Viking VIP is, it's a private event that Viking and its dealers put on right here in Riviera Beach, Florida. And all current models of Vikings will be on display along with the three Princess boats that I just mentioned and Valhalla, which will cover the center consoles as well. So what can we see right now in the center console segment? In the center console segment right now, the market is still pretty flooded with inventory, which is creating some tremendous buying opportunities for buyers. And if you do want to sell your boat, there are some good opportunities within HMY to put your boat on our outboard lots, which will help you sell your boat faster.
