Hi, I'm Jeffrey Lyle at HMI Yachts here at Willoughby Creek. We do bottom jobs. We do haul outs. We do survey halls. We also take care of transports when they come in. We have a lot of Valhallas, a lot of HMI customers that have those boats that like to take them back up north. We take care of all that work. We also do fiberglass work, some paint repair, take care of running gear when people need those. We take care of props when they need to be serviced. Pretty much do everything in the boat building industry. So I know half the battle out there for people with V12 Mercuries is finding the right technician that's actually certified in it. We actually have two on property that can take care of your needs. So what does make Willoughby Creek unique is that it's got a 75 year history in the boat building industry. HMI acquired this property from Whittaker Boatworks in 2022. We've done some great changes here. New docks, new haulout pit, new seawall. All of those things have helped us continue the heritage that we've had in the past between servicing, doing refits, long history with different vendors that are in the area, all that talent that's still out there. We vet them on a regular basis. They're partnered with us. When we are involved with doing a project for your boat, those are the type of people that we try to hook you up with to make sure we can get your boat done 100%. So right now, as far as the brokerage boats are concerned, we also take care of the Viking line that HMI is involved in. We also take care of the Princess line, the new Nimbus line coming out of Sweden, the Two Oceans and the Eclipse, although we can only work on the Eclipse in this particular yard. A lot of what we end up doing is we are mainly focused on the brokerage boats, making sure they're ready for the next sale. So one of the main benefits of being here on the creek, we are close to the St. Lucie Inlet. We also have that. You can just come on in. We'll take care of those HMI customers. We'll take care of those brokerage boats that we need to take care of. And at the same time, when other work does come available and we can fit it in, we can do that odd bottom job on the side. We can do those type of things, take care of your running gear and all those other services. When the boats do come here, obviously our main objective is to make sure that they're safe when they leave, that you're worry-free. You've known that you've come to us. We're looking at it the right way to make sure that you can enjoy that next chapter.
