Viking 50 Convertible [Walkthrough]

Hey, good morning, everybody. I'm Forrest Robertson with HMY Yacht Sales. Today, we're standing here on the all-new 2026 Viking 50 Gen 3 convertible. They've done a lot of nice things with this boat, and we're going to check them out. Jump on board. Starting here in the cockpit of the 50 convertible, one of the great things that they integrated into the 50 Viking convertible is a Seakeeper 14. As these boats become newer, larger, technology becomes better. Moving forward, as you can see throughout the ample cockpit, we have the refrigeration, mezzanine seating, release rocket launcher, port and starboard fish box. Here we are at the helm of the 50 convertible. As you can see, we have a new helm layout, two Garmin screens, an acrylic dash, which is much easier for operations and while you're driving out at sea. Some control features you have include your bow thruster integrated into your Palm Beach levers, two radio boxes with all your switching, water maker spot zero, stereo, and then as well as your overhead Garmin display that is now permanently affixed into your hardtop compared to the previous drop-down box. Moving forward on the flybridge, you can see probably the best feature of the boat is this new lounger. What this does is it really opens up the storage underneath. It's more comfortable for people when they're sitting while at cruising speed or just trolling offshore. Looking forward, they've also lowered the sheer and gotten rid of the Venturi on the forward brow, which gives you much more visibility while you're sitting up here and looking out at the sea. Stepping into the salon of the 50 Viking convertible, this boat has been specced with the horizontal walnut grain, satin finish, which is absolutely beautiful. A new thing Viking has been doing is strip lighting overhead that is dimmable, cleans and sharpens up the boat interior itself. You know, after a long day of fishing, you have a great space to come hang out, get in the AC, plenty of seating on your L-shaped couch with ample storage underneath. Then you can move over to your dinette where you'll be spending most of your time, whether it's working, catching a bite to eat, whatever it may be under here. And they've also implemented additional tackle and rod storage underneath. Behind me here, you can see you have your entertainment, nice Samsung flat screen TV that can be seen from the dinette or the salon couch. And then moving across the boat, we have our galley that has Sub-Zero refrigeration, overhead cabinets that pull out as well with ample storage and just a great space to work around and all the conveniences of a modern home. Starting here at the forward stateroom, we have a nice crossover bunk selection, which are a little bit larger than your traditional over under. It offers ample storage underneath the lower bunk, generous entertainment system with overhead speakers and sound system. And then from that forward stateroom, it offers a Jack and Jill head that is then further connected to your bunk stateroom off to your starboard side. This room is also outfitted with entertainment and storage. Moving off to the port side of the boat, you can see we have a generous sized master stateroom with a full island queen, ample storage underneath, entertainment as well. But probably one of the most important features in this master stateroom is as we move into the master head, the owner of this 50 Viking convertible will really appreciate the walk in shower that Viking has exponentially increased from previous models.
