2023 Pardo Yachts 43' - For Sale with HMY Yachts

I'm Chris Wenstrom with HMY Yachts and welcome aboard the 43 Pardo. Welcome aboard Morgan One, a 2023 43 Pardo based here in beautiful Miami Beach, Florida. Starting here on the aft end, you do have a triple wide sun lounge with a huge storage compartment underneath. One push of a button exposes a huge storage compartment for water toys, additional fenders or dock lines, anything you may need to stow away to keep everything off of the main deck. The submersible swim platform is a great place for guests to be able to enjoy the water, but also maintains that nice seamless look as you see throughout this 43 Pardo. Modular headrests will give your guests a forward facing lounge, an aft facing lounge, or flip this cushion down and gives you a nice headrest for your guests to be able to face aft. This table is on a high-low pedestal for the optional filler cushion with these leaves to fold in or expand if you do have a lot of guests on board. With a complimentary set of modular headrests for forward facing seating and a nice upgrade on this 43 Pardo is the extendable sunshade. The extendable sunshade is great for those hot summer days on the water, and if you are going to be doing some entertaining on board, no shortage of refrigeration or prep space. I have two refrigerators underneath these forward facing seats, an ice maker to starboard, an additional refrigerator midship, a great spot for your trash receptacle, and an additional storage to port. Underneath the glass top here, you see a very deep sink, two burner cooktop, and with the glass top there, it does give you a great prep station all under the shade of this carbon fiber hardtop. The 43 Pardo equipped with three individual captain's chairs with flip down bolsters, upgraded twin Garmin multifunction displays, a quick gyro stabilizer, throttles with your joystick. The joystick does have its dynamic positioning system, and what I like is how much room is here, so if I want to face aft to bring the boat into dock, you've got all the room and visibility that you need to be able to dock the boat safely. Working our way forward to probably the best seat in the house, this forward sun pad comfortably can fit three to four adults with integrated cup holders, and I just love how seamless all the gunnel lines are on this boat. So if you do have a crowd up in front, everyone has a comfortable place to sit, and you've got a ton of free board up in the bow too to give you a nice sense of safety if you do have small children on board. All JL Audio stereo equipment throughout, all color matched to the same gray hull as this 43 Pardo makes it the perfect day boat for you and your family. Now let's head downstairs and take a look at our lower accommodations. This boat has been upgraded to the gray oak interior wood finish, which is a nice upgrade versus the traditional more tan oak finish. You have a beautiful island bed here up in your forward v-berth, a nice flat screen TV, and as you can see, a tremendous amount of storage all the way through around both sides here of our forward v-berth. The 43 Pardo does include a separate shower from the rest of the head. One of the biggest upgrades on this 43 Pardo is a full bulkhead with a separate door to be able to separate your mid-birth accommodations.
