Hello and welcome to beautiful Ocean Reef, Florida, where you will find the 68 Viking RealSense 2020, a perfect example of an extremely well-outfitted convertible for both sport fishing and family comfort. My name is Michael Strassel with HMY Yacht Sales. Today, we're going to go on a tour, so welcome aboard. So here we are in the cockpit of RealSense. It's a massive space that features a raised mezzanine loaded with freezers, refrigeration. The center of the cockpit of the RealSense is this massive blue water fighting chair. Complementing the fighting chair, you've got rod holders all around the covering board, a transom live well that also is used as a catch box, of course, two large fish boxes, and access to the lazarette where you'll find the Seakeeper 26. And of course, a large transom gate for the catch of your lifetime fish. During a busy day of sport fishing, the family never hesitates to have a nutritious lunch, and they prefer it fresh grilled almost every single day. You will too. Here at the command center of the RealSense, the flybridge helm, first you'll find a generous rocket launcher aft for handling the extra tackle. Hydraulic outriggers, three release helms chairs. The helm boxes on the RealSense were split, giving you that easy access to all of your water makers, ice chippers, auxiliary switches. In front of you are three large screens. It's a Furuno and Garmin package done by AME Electronics, tied into the tower by Palm Beach Towers. Above me, we've got the US-9 teaser reels. And here we have the auxiliary Garmin, the autopilot, and your Furuno R-Dene 30. The forward end of the helm area has two generous bench seats, one behind me and the other on the opposite side. On the forward end of the helm, we've got a forward facing bench seat, very comfortable area that is adjacent to a large drop-in chest freezer. Here we've got a washdown area and additional storage forward. The 68 convertible is considered the biggest small boat in the Viking fleet. This is a fantastic yacht in the sea, but very easy to handle, tremendous visibility, and a very comfortable bridge. Welcome to the salon of the RealSense, the living headquarters. When you enter the salon from the cockpit, immediately on your right hand side, you'll find a generous day head, which is fabulous. You've even got a window so you can keep your eye on the baits. To the port side of the boat, we've got an L-shaped sofa, oversized, comfortable, huge storage underneath it for all kinds of tackle. Forward of that, we find a dinette that's comfortable for up to five people, with a bar top with three additional bar stools. There's room for everyone. You've got a pop-up TV adjacent to the sofa for direct viewing of all visuals. And another one behind me, which also can have all your navigation on it when you're traveling on the boat. Guests love watching that on the TV in front of the dinette. The galley's huge, and it's walk-around, so we don't get hung up and caught in the corners. We've got six drawer sub-zeroes, freezers and refrigerators, trash compactor, double basin sink, cooktop. This boat is really set up for everyone to be comfortable, tons of storage up top, and a pantry so big you can't even believe it. Coming down the companionway, immediately to starboard, is access to a really big and generous crew quarters. The bunks are really wide and comfortable, and there's egress through the engine room for the crew, which is awesome. And the crew quarter, of course, has its own contained head and shower. As you move forward, there's a laundry center immediately to starboard and a large storage area to port and a double door closet as well. Here we are in the generous master stateroom with a large centerline queen bed, a big walk-in closet, more storage and drawer storage, an entertainment center, and then, of course, your own private head with shower. Forward to port in the companionway, you come to the second stateroom with over-under bunks. Of course, it has its own entertainment center and private head with stall shower. Here we are all the way forward in the bow VIP stateroom. This room features ample storage, a big hanging locker, entertainment center, and again, private head with stall shower. The 68 is really generous with its bow stateroom. It's a true VIP stateroom making your guests feel right at home. Here in the engine room, we're powered by twin 12V2000s, 1,945 horsepower each. We've got a pair of 29 kW Onan generators. We've got Eskimo ice chippers, a water maker tied into spot zero, and the engine room is also equipped with ElectroSea. In short, the real sense actually checks all the boxes for a boat that's completely outfitted for any type of use. Add to that that real sense has extended warranty to March of 2027 or 5,000 hours. Taking a close look at this boat just makes common sense. For more information, look us up on HMY.com or contact me directly, Michael Strassel. Thank you for watching and we'll see you next time.
