Rarely does a boat of Persistence’s caliber and condition come for sale. She is the second out of 3 builds with Michael Rybovich and Sons for the current owner, only being replaced by a larger Rybovich. Persistence is not only stunning in looks and detail but her true, fast, bluewater performance and fishability is what she is all about.

What can $9,950,000 get you on this 78-foot sportfish? For starters, an impressive top speed of 45 knots. But there's plenty more, so let's see what else she's got to offer. Starting in the cockpit, this 78 Ryabovich has an extra-large transom door with liftgate, an in-deck oversized fish box with removable dividers, and in-deck storage, along with flush-mounted in-deck live well feeds, a cheek bluewater rocket launcher with 11 rod holders, and plenty of additional organized storage. Moving to the mezzanine, there are three concealed tackle centers with pull-out drawers, a bait freezer, a significant amount of dry storage, mezzanine AC, two large stainless steel line freezers behind the seating area, and one large stainless steel line drink box conveniently set to be waist-high, located near the entrance to the salon. Moving up to the air-conditioned flybridge, there are three bluewater teak helm chairs with footrests, while at the helm, we have port and starboard radio boxes, an air-actuated tiered helm console, one 22-inch and two 17-inch Garmin multifunction displays, Bruno Omni sonar, FLIR radar, and two large teaser reels located just over the captain's chair, with a conveniently placed drop-down rear-facing 12-inch Garmin display. Moving forward, there is a large bench seat to starboard, with storage below, while forward of the console, there is plenty of additional seating and a booth-style dinette that is complemented by dual stainless-lined refrigerated drink boxes to starboard side. Moving up the tuna tower now that has a 10.5-foot gap, there is a contoured helm console with steering, MTU controls, a 12-inch Garmin multifunction display, bow thruster joystick, VHF, and molded-in four-sided LED spreader lights. Next, my favorite feature of the boat, the large day head, which is accessible both from the cockpit and the salon, which is where we're going to find an oversized L-shaped leather sofa, teak end tables with granite tops, an oversized teak coffee table, and to starboard, a teak credenza with a U-line wine cooler and ice machine. Moving forward, there is a centrally located walk-around tiered island flanked by three barstools that leads us over to the four-person dinette and then immediately into the galley, which offers an abundance of drawers and shelf storage, as well as four Sub-Zero fridge and two Sub-Zero freezer drawers that easily lock and unlock at the push of a button, along with a Wolf induction four-burner cooktop. Next, the electrical room just forward of the galley, which contains the boat's main distribution panels and controls for the generators and audio-visual equipment. Stepping below, you first enter the master stateroom starboard side with a centerline walk-around king-size berth with storage below, teak end tables with granite tops, teak credenza with a built-in entertainment center, computer makeup vanity with storage and stool below, topped off by private access to a full-size head and shower with granite countertops and teak and holly floor. Moving back through the companionway, we quickly pass the concealed washer-dryer combo unit before continuing forward to enter the port guest stateroom that offers twin side-by-side beds with storage below, a cedar hanging locker, and flatscreen TV, all complemented by a private ensuite head and shower. Next up is the starboard guest stateroom, also with twin side-by-side beds, oversized storage area, flatscreen TV, and another private head and stall shower that comes with a nice bamboo inlay glass door. All the way forward, we enter the VIP stateroom with an oversized queen berth that has storage below and concealed storage area in the headboard. Also a teak credenza with a granite top and smart TV, a cedar-lined hanging locker, and as you would expect by now, access to a private ensuite head and oversized shower with teak and holly floors. Finally finishing up in the engine room, it is quite exquisite for a sportfish, starting with an equipment storage area just under the mezzanine with abundant rod, reel, parts, and tool storage. Moving forward to the generator room, which houses the twin Cummins 29 kW generators port and starboard, each with 880 hours. Moving forward, we see the massive MTU 16V 2000 engines with 1456 hours each that both still have remaining MTU warranty, which can also be extended. Where I am now walking will soon be two brand new SeaKeeper 10.5s not yet installed and all the way forward access through the Bruno Omni sonar inside a separate enclosure.
