The 41 Cabo Express is the evolution and rebirth of the legendary 40 Cabo. The 41 maintains the core DNA of the 40 but offers factory SEA KEEPER GYRO stabilization, VOLVO D-11 power package with STRAIGHT SHAFTS, NO PODS, a more contemporary interior finish, improved visibility from the unbroken windshield lines, mezzanine seating and an improved gel coat finish. Unchanged is her Michael Peters hull design, which sets the standard by which all other boats this size are measured. She has a sharp entry with a large bow flare for a soft dry head sea ride. Her wide beam, shallow draft and partial keel make for a stable comfortable ride in both beam and following seas. Hello, I'm Mike Scalice with HMY Yachts, and today I'd like to welcome you aboard the 2020 41 Cabo Big Hit. The 41 Cabo is the evolution of the classic 40 Cabo Express. She has the same Michael Peters hull design, as good a ride as ever, with some more modern upgrades. For example, mezzanine cockpit seating. Perfect. The centerpiece of this particular boat, Big Hit, is the Release Marine Battle Saddle. twin macerated fish boxes on both sides. On Big Hit, you have chiller plates included inside of them. Transom live well, tackle storage here to starboard, and through the hard Eisen glass enclosure, we can roll up this door and head up to the climate-controlled helm deck. The owner of Big Hit redesigned the helm station to include three Garmin 8617 multifunction displays with a glass bridge style backdrop. You have L-shaped seating to port, triple Pompanet teak back chairs. On the starboard side of the helm deck, you have a refrigerator, an excellent tackle storage, additional seating with your traditional 40 Cabo helm deck layout. The downstairs layout on the 41 Cabo is fantastic for family and fishing alike. You have an L-shaped settee to starboard. The table is removable and there's an extra pullout sofa through the short side to complete a convertible dinette. You have an island queen berth forward and that's a private stateroom with a door, excellent storage. Back in your main salon, you have a full galley to port and the largest head you would ever find on a 40-foot express boat. The head on the 41 Cabo is fantastic.
