Hi, I'm Sean Spicer with HMY Yacht Sales, and today we're on Real Southern, a 2006 56 Viking. Enjoy the tour. Standing here in the cockpit, you immediately feel the impressive 18 feet 2 inches beam. At the centerline, we have a custom seven-rod rocket launcher with a custom magma sliding grill built right in. Overhead, there's a custom aft shade overhang with custom Isinglass slots, a great feature for comfort on hot days. In the cockpit, you'll also find a brand new Eskimo ice chipper and freezer box, 2025, making this space tournament ready. To starboard, there's an upgraded rear-facing Garmin display, ideal for staying connected while fishing. Even the salon door has been customized with an electric foot pedestal for easy operation. Moving inside, the salon of Real Southern is elegant yet functional. The first thing you'll notice are the upgraded electric blinds that set the mood with the touch of a button. All AC units were replaced in 2025, ensuring a cool and comfortable atmosphere. The salon now also features vinyl flooring for easy maintenance, high-gloss teak cabinetry, a spacious L-shaped sofa, and a teak cocktail table.
