Hello, I am Michael Strassel with HMY Yacht Sales, and today we are aboard Miss Christine, the beautiful 157-foot 2006 American-built Trinity yacht located here in Fort Lauderdale. From the moment you step on board Miss Christine, you are literally overwhelmed with the spacious exterior decks and the convenient flow of traffic. From the dual accesses to the massive swim platform, all the way through the complete walkarounds and Portuguese bridge, all the way to the bow, the exterior of Miss Christine encompasses tremendous volume. The tremendous swim platform area of the Miss Christine also offers easy access and easy use of all the water toys. The tenders, the Seabobs, the Sea-Doo's are all easily handled from the giant swim platform. Moving up and forward, we find ourselves in this tremendous aft deck area. The aft deck alfresco dining area for 10 also has a fantastic staging area where breakfast or lunch can easily be set up. The aft deck area boasts an entertainment center and then that convenient access to the skybridge. Having walkarounds is an important feature, but having walkarounds with this much space makes it safer, convenient, and comfortable for everyone on board. A feature easily noticed from the Portuguese bridge is the vertical windscreen. A vertical windscreen creates tremendous visibility for the captain and crew, and in weather situations, it's unbeatable for reliable visibility. The Portuguese walkway has oversized handrails featuring on safety, then brings you down to a bow deck area with tremendous bosun's lockers, fantastic ground tackle, and an area to handle all your fenders. The salon of Miss Christine is enough to make you really say, wow. Evan Marshall nailed it with the layout of this salon. It is 45 feet in length and 20 feet port to starboard. You'd get that on most yachts. This one has it and the walkarounds. We've talked about the volume. We've talked about the convenient walkways, but when you get in the seating areas aboard the boat, you find it to be comfortable. You find it to be charming. You find it to be an area that you'd call cozy. The conversation area inside the main salon provides comfortable seating for all 10 guests. In front of me here at the center island, discreetly underneath the marble, is a beautiful pop-up entertainment center. The large dining area aboard Miss Christine has comfortable seating for all 10 guests, accentuated by, again, the beautiful vaulted ceiling and the hand-painted original artwork on the forward bulkhead. I've often heard it said, the galley is the heart of every pleasure yacht. The heart of this one was designed extremely well. Tremendous storage. Tremendous refrigeration. Big countertops. Lots of plating spaces. The galley obviously has industrial-grade appliances, oversized refrigeration, and there is a complete crew pantry where there's second staging areas and easy access for all of the condiments. And finally, the crew's quarters are easily accessed through the galley. Leaving the companionway and entering the entrance to the master stateroom, we have his head, his chest of drawers, an office area, and a huge hanging locker. The massive master stateroom is nothing short of elegant. With the deep, rich marbles, the dark cherry interior, the fabulous joinery work, the amazing vaulted ceiling, and the sheer volume of the room just is attractive. The design of the Portuguese decks allows the windows to always be left open and the natural light always welcomed inside. The his and her heads in this Evan Marshall interior feature the deep, rich marbles, tremendous space, a tub and shower. Not only does the natural light pour in uninterrupted in her head, it also creates a beautiful view while you're in the tub. Descending the stairwell to the guest stateroom, this area provides access to all four staterooms and the laundry center. Miss Christine is a five-stateroom yacht. The master is on deck. The four guest staterooms down below, each with its own comfortable feeling, three of them being king beds and one with oversized twins and a Pullman berth. Every single stateroom includes an entertainment center, a chest of drawers, a large comfortable hanging closet, and of course a large ensuite head. The aft deck of every tri-deck is an important area. Aboard Miss Christine, it's gigundous. And the round table here actually is expandable. We have tremendous seating across the aft rail, which converts to a dance floor on some occasions. And that elegant oversized stairwell to the sky bridge makes life on board comfortable and convenient. This area is also equipped with an entertainment center and spacious countertops for all the food service. The sundeck on Miss Christine is an important area for all the enjoyment. Here we've got room for storage for all the tenders. It has a spacious day head, more alfresco dining. The skylounge has a lovely barbecue grill and lots of storage. The forward deck area is oversized, really large. And the hot tub is everyone's favorite spot in the evening. American shipbuilders Trinity Yachts had a great idea when they put that windscreen around the hot tub. It really keeps it calm up here on the bridge deck. The Miss Christine, the American-built Trinity yacht, has a decor fashioned by Evan K. Marshall. This decor features an oversized skylounge. I actually like to call it a second salon. This one has a bar big enough to have all your friends and family, a game table, and very comfortable seating. Perhaps one of my favorite aesthetic appointments is the vaulted ceiling. Evan Marshall nailed it on that one. Trinity did a fabulous job on this 157. But one of the areas that's better than most is the size and layout of the pilot house. The 270-degree visibility out the vertical windows is an important feature. The equipment package on Miss Christine is complete and turnkey. The captain's quarters, located in the port side of the pilot house, also offers a complete office space for the captain to get his responsibilities handled. Entering the engine room of Miss Christine, first you step into a lazerette that's obviously set up as a working man's area. Plenty of bench space, toolboxes. The space is set up ideally to get the job done. Stepping into the engine room itself, you're going to find a pair of Caterpillar 3412s. These engines have 8500 original hours and had the top ends done in 2021. The generators are 99 kW Kohlers. They're brand new in 2024 and either generator will carry the load of the entire yacht. The engine room is absolutely up to date and A1. This is an ABS class vessel and all of the equipment meets the requirements. She's a properly powered yacht and easily achieves a cruising speed of 15 knots. Thank you for joining me today aboard HMY's newest listing, the Trinity 157 Miss Christine.
